The Pendergrass-Murray Recreational Preserve (PMRP) is owned and managed by the Red River Gorge Climbers' Coalition (RRGCC) and does allow mountain biking on designated trails. The area is also the heart of a huge network of active and abandoned oil and logging roads.
Drive south from Zoe, KY 3 miles and take a right on KY 498. Drive 1.25 miles and turn right on Bald Rock Fork Road. Continue on BRF Rd down a steep gravel hill for 1.25 miles to a parking area on the left (Flat Holler).
